Hi I am Morgan. I am a eight student at Ngatea Primary School. My teacher's are Miss Willams,Miss Coles and Mrs Hull. Here you can look at my learning and work. Have fun and please comment!!
Hi Morgan, please check your grammar in your last 2 sentences. Because you are asking a question about something that happened in the past, it should be "What did you do in the school break?' or What did you get up to in the school break?" Do you think the last sentence needs changing to? Should it say 'has had' or 'have had'?
I had to work during the school holidays, but did have a lovely long weekend in Tahiti.
As well as what Vicki has said, you have used 'there' instead of 'their' a couple of times, and missed the 'r' in 'throughout' (one word). 'Throughout' means in every part of, so 'over the school break' might be better.
Over the break I had a fun day sewing with my nieces and I went to Pauanui.
