This week we have talked a lot about self-control. We talked about thing that frustrated us. Then Mrs Heven showed us a video. The video was about the Cookie Moster and how he need to show self-control and not eat all the cookies. I have a way to help me to use self-control.... You say peace begins with me in your head. It has help me so much because it gives me a couple seconds to take a breath and calm down. This week on Thursday on the way back from school I was getting angry and annoyed in the car but instead of saying anything I did my trick peace begins with me in my head and calmed down. I think that I have achieved this goal and will keep it in my mind.
